1979-1981. International Conservatory of dramatic art options: Communication, Psycho, and Ethnodrama. Graduated from City College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida 2010-2012. Option: Law Assistant. 

Dr. Samuel is currently holding a Doctoral Degree of Arts in Christian Ministry.
